If you are unsatisfied with your order, it can be returned for a store credit within 30 days of the USPS delivery date. We are not refunding at this time. 

All returns must be sent back unused in their original packaging including any free gifts we sent with your original order. We do not accept returns on hats or intimates such as lingerie, swimwear, or footwear. Items returned with stains, odor, excessive hair, damage, or past the 30 day mark will be seized. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (tracking must be included for us to track your return before it gets to us). Once we receive your return, you will receive a full store credit within 7 business days.

Damaged items will receive a replacement, and if not in stock, a store credit will be issued. Please contact us about damaged items by emailing us at hello.canna.cutie@gmail.com. Please include a photo of the damaged item, packing slip, and packaging for faster service. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item in order to receive a replacement free of charge. We will base when your package was delivered on the tracking number attached to your order. We do not accept returns on damaged items after 48 hours of the USPS delivery date.
